Motorola Moto X4 is now official with rear dual-camera setup


Motorola has finally unveiled the Moto X4 successor of Moto X lineup at IFA 2017. Let’s have a look at the specification of Moto X4, the device sports a 5.2-inch 1080p display with Gorilla Glass 3. Moto X4 is powered by Snapdragon 630 chipset with either 3GB or 4GB of RAM. The internal storage is 32GB, I know the available storage option is very less but you can expand the storage via a microSD card. The device is backed by a 3,000mAh battery and it supports 15W fast charging. According to Motorola in 15 minutes of charge, the device can give you six hours of usage.

Moto X4 showcase a premium and elegant design, the highlights of the device is its dual-camera setup at the back. This is the first device from Motorola which has Amazon Alexa as a built-in assistant and Moto Key service that allows you to access password-secured websites with a single tap.

Now let’s talk about the cameras on Moto X4, the device uses a 12-megapixel (f2.0, 1.4um) sensor with an 8-megapixel (f2.2, 1.12um) wide-angle sensor at the rear. The dual camera setup comes with tons of features like phase-detection autofocus, dual-tone LED flash, bokeh effects, ultra-wide angle shot, background replacement, 4K video recording and much more. The front camera of Moto X4 is a 16-megapixel camera with f/2.0 lens and dual LED flash.

As you all know most of the Motorola smartphone runs on the latest version of Android operation system and the Moto X4 is no exception. Moto X4 runs Android 7.1 Nougat out of the box the device will be available in Super Black and Sterling Blue color options.

The Moto X4 will be released in September in Europe, and it is priced at €399.
